Sisters of the Good Shepherd Founded
by St. Mary Euphrasia over 200 years ago,
the Sisters of the Good Shepherd approach
each person with the same care of Jesus, the
Good Shepherd. Their mission of empowering
marginalized women, adolescents, and
children inspires them to live by their
guiding principle, that “one person is of
more value than a world.” The Sisters of the
Good Shepherd founded Good Shepherd
Volunteers in 1992.
