GSV Role
There is one GSV at Fair Trade Uniforms (FTU).
The GSV assists in the overall operations of the program, which includes being in contact with partners in Thailand and Mexico, managing FTU inventory and shipments, quality control and marketing of products, and supervising regular GSV who help the program. Also, the FTU GSV helps with Hand Crafting Justice sales during the sale season in the fall/winter.
Fair Trade Uniforms (FTU) is a program of HandCrafting Justice that markets and sells fairly traded uniforms to schools and businesses in the United States. Their uniforms are created by women at sites in Thailand and Mexico as an alternative to sweatshops. The FTU program connect students, teachers and parents with the global Fair Trade movement, which advances economic development, women's rights, and fair labor practices in the developing world.
